Trainee, April - May 2021
In April 2021, Petya received a scholarship for a two-month internship, funded by the Foundation for Access to Rights in memoriam of Elena Dyankova. The grant for this period is donated by Nezabravka Vuzelova.
Petya Adzhopova is a fifth-year law student at Sofia University. During her third year, she spent a semester abroad at the University of Groningen, The Netherlands where she discovered her passion for human rights law.
She is also a mootie and took part in the Sofia university team at the 2020 European Human Rights Moot Court Competition (EHRMCC) and the Willem C. Vis moot in 2021.
She is a member of the European Law Students Association in Bulgaria (ELSA).
