Project "Youth Internships"

YI

Foundation for Access to Rights (FAR) is participating as an employer in project BG05SFPR002-3.002-0001 "Youth Internships", implemented by the Employment Agency and funded under the "Human Resources Development" Programme 2021–2027, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).
The project aims to support young people aged 16 to 29 in acquiring practical skills and work habits through internships with employers and hands-on experience in a real professional environment.
As part of the project, a young participant began an internship at the Foundation for Access to Rights in Plovdiv in February 2026. Throughout the internship, the participant is involved in the organization's core activities and receives guidance from a mentor, who facilitates the acquisition of practical knowledge and professional expertise.
The internship is conducted under an employment contract for a duration of up to 6 months, providing participants with remuneration and the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience.
Through its participation in this project, FAR supports the development of young people and fosters their successful integration into the labor market.
