At the Foundation for Access to Rights - FAR we are committed to the quality of the services we provide. Your feedback is important to us, so if you had a problem with a FAR staff member during the course of a service that was provided to you, please fill out the form below. FAR will follow up accordingly.

*The personal data you have provided will be processed by the Foundation for Access to Rights - FAR in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation). 

The data controller is FAR. Your personal data will only be processed by FAR in order to provide a response and process your complaint. The data will be kept in FAR's archives for a maximum of 5 years, after which it will be destroyed. You have the right at any time to withdraw your freely given consent for your personal data to be processed by FAR. You have the right to access, delete and rectify your data, to object to the processing of your personal data or to their disclosure to third parties, by contacting FAR Foundation for Access to Rights by email: office@farbg.eu.*.
